Our management team has more than 100 years of combined expertise in technology, credit, risk and the SME segment. They have built and managed credit and risk platforms and data analytics solutions for the largest global financial institutions, including Bankers Trust, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, Citi and Experian.

Rolf was founder and CEO of the pH Group, now part of Experian, where he pioneered the use of extensive databases enabling a detailed drill down into SME behaviour.
The pH systems have been used by all the UK’s major banks, many utilities and telco companies, and the UK government (similarly in France).
Prior to this, Rolf was a strategy consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.
Rolf has also led the analytics effort with ESF/ThinCats, a leading SME peer-to-peer lending platform in the UK.
He has been involved with AGFE, an asset management firm with a specific focus on private debt, including SME debt as an asset class.
He is also involved with CCAF (Centre for Alternative Finance at Cambridge University), where he acts as a research fellow.

Previous Head of Europe & Chief Operating Officer, and Hong Kong-based Head of Strategic Initiatives, for Janus Capital’s International business across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America.
Chris also had a career in corporate finance, venture capital and family office, where he made direct investments in businesses in a diverse range of industries across Asia.
Chris led a number of start-ups and turnarounds in Hong Kong, China, and Southeast Asia in financial services, media and education.

Prior to that, Abhijit served as CFO for Citibank – India Subcontinent for 18 years. In this role, Abhijit was responsible for the Finance function including Strategic Planning, Controllership, Tax, and Corporate Treasury for all Citi entities in India. He also provided oversight to the finance function for Citi in Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

Sharad spent close to a decade in Hindustan Unilever where he set up the globally acclaimed rural initiative – Project Shakti.

Aditya was CEO of OYO Hotels and now sits on OYOs board. Aditya is also a Member of the Advisory Board and Investor at the VC firm, Homage Ventures.

Prior to that Akbar served as the CEO and Board Member of Intellegrow, where he was responsible for setting the strategic direction and managing the day to day operations.
Intellegrow was one of the first customers of CreditEnable and provides customized debt finance to SME’s.

Peter works with Astia Angels, an international angel investing organization whose mission is to fund exceptional, women-led, high-growth ventures.
Peter was Global Head of Risk Analytics & Research at Standard & Poor’s. He led initiatives to develop quantitative models to analyse financial and market securities data, including the use of machine learning, natural language processing, and sentiment analysis of unstructured data to support credit analysis.
He helped launch Standard & Poor’s project finance ratings practice and worked on over $200 billion of power, energy and infrastructure projects. He was the principal author of Standard & Poor’s project finance criteria.

Matthew Crummack is an experienced executive having led the transformation of big consumer-facing digital brands across different geographies. Matthew was the Group CEO of GoCo Group plc prior to its sale in 2021 to Future plc for $794m, and the CEO of lastminute.com Group where he led the turnaround of the business prior to its sale to Bravofly Rumbo Group for $120m in 2015.
Previously Matthew was Senior Vice President of Lodging at Expedia, managing the supply of hotels and transportation inventory for the global group, and started his career in consumer goods across Europe at Procter & Gamble and Nestle.
Matthew also serves as a Senior Non-Executive Independent Director at National Express plc, a Non-Executive Director and advisor to London start-up Kidadl and as a Member of Aston University’s Advancement Board. Matthew received a BSc in International Business and Modern Languages from Aston University and in 2016 was made an Honorary Doctor of Science.
