Here are some things we do at CreditEnable to manage our stress better:
- Exercise! Get your heart rate up by either going to the gym, doing some yoga or simply going for a run. Exercise does wonders for your health and will allow you to organise your thoughts better.
- Listen to your favourite playlist. This will instantly put you in a better mood! Alternatively, we also find listening to an episode of our favourite podcast series is a great way to distract your mind from work.
- Play a game! There are many free mobile apps that you can download to play games like Words With Friends, Lodu, etc., with your friends online. This is a great way to connect with your loved ones during a busy week and relieve stress.
- Do some colouring. We know this sounds a little childish, but art as a tool to relieve stress works very well! Since the task you’re doing is mundane and doesn’t require much attention, it will have a calming effect and give you an opportunity to take a break from work for a short while.
